About Us
Sunny Homes is a housing development project of Cresta De Oro Philippines Inc., a subsidiary of Goldridge Const. & Dev’t. Corp. The project is located at Brgy. Alas-Asin, Mariveles, Bataan close to the upcoming Bataan-Cavite bridge and Maritime Academy of Asia and the Pacific, and spacious community and commercial facilities to have everything they need with their reach. The project is covering a total area of 8-hectare land subdivided into 3 phases, carefully designed to promote comfort living for families.
Our Objective
The primary objective of this project is to help our local people of Mariveles and the people of Bataan, improve their way of living and give them an opportunity to have their own, affordable, and value for money real estate property.
